By accessing or using Paws Rainbow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Paws Rainbow provides a platform for creating digital memorial pages for deceased pets. We offer both free (7-day) and paid (permanent) memorial options.

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service

• You retain ownership of all content you upload (text, photos)
• By uploading content, you grant us a license to display it as part of your memorial
• You must not upload illegal, abusive, or harmful content
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms

Free memorials are available for 7 days from creation. After 7 days, the memorial page is soft-archived (blurred, not deleted). You can restore it at any time by purchasing a paid plan. We never permanently delete your data.

• Paid memorials are a one-time purchase for lifetime access
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 14 days of purchase

We strive to keep Paws Rainbow available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any temporary downtime or data loss caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Paws Rainbow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
